From the Editorial desk,

It gives the department of science gargantuan pleasure to bring before
you the third edition of our e-magazine ‘COSMOS.’ To start is easy, to

continue is a challenge. And so it shows our tenaciousness to come
back with yet another edition. The science e-magazine showcases the

prodigious talent of the students of ISWK whether it is writing articles,

scientific poems, etc. The poem ‘Stop the Pollution’ and ‘In the begin-
ning’ show the concern of the student for the environment and their in-

terest in astronomy and cosmos. The article ‘Plants have feeling too’ is

a brief but in depth research is done to do justice with the topic. ‘Effect
of Climate Change,’ ‘The Ocean to the Extinction,’ ‘Antimatter’ a few

more articles which showcase the mammoth talent the students of ISWK

own. This does not mean that the articles not mentioned here are in an-
yway less interesting than the ones mentioned. They are not mentioned

just to arouse your interest to flip through the pages and get astonished
to find those articles which are as interesting as the above mentioned.

Any achievement necessitates the determined attempt of a number of
people and so this science e-magazine is no different. We thank all

those who have contributed for this magazine directly or indirectly. Spe-

cial mention of the student editorial board whose diligent effort made
this possible. Special thanks to the School management, Principal, Vice

principal and the Head of the department of science as their support
was significant in consummating this task.
