THE OCEAN TO THE END OF EXTINCTION
“Be the change that you wish to see in the world” – Mahatma Gandhi
The oceans might get to an end caused due to nowadays human activities which is
causing a major problem. Day-by-day, the oceans is slowly going to the end.
Over 18,500 million litres of domestic sewage reaches the coastal environment
each day. Lots of this is the discharged of unthreatened of waste water due to lack of
treatment facilities in most cities and towns. Tons of plastic, glass, metal and other gar-
bage ends up in sea every year. The use of chemical fertilisers is increasing all over the
world. These chemicals get washed away by rain into the rivers and ultimately into sea.in
some parts of our sea, the sea bed is mined for certain minerals. This mining increases
mudlines in water. Power stations and certain industries release hot water used for cool-
ing into the oceans, causing thermal.
Shipbreaking activities are also a bid
threat to health of oceans. During
these operations, iron particles and
painting containing led end up in the
water. These are significant reserves
of crude oils in our seas. But explora-
tion and drilling of this oil, pollutes
the water through discharge of wastes
including the traces of oil.
The humans have to find many
precautions to save oceans as they might get extinct by this century. Scientist and conser-
vation professionals have developed a number steps by lots of research to conserve
ocean. The protecting of oceans is not only jobs of the government or any association,
but it is the job of every individuals in the country. The movies/documentaries has to
come up with this idea to spread awareness about conserving the ocean. The awareness
programs should be conducted. I would tell my readers those who all are reading my arti-
cle to come with this awareness that- conserve and save ocean!!!!
