ISWK won the Inaugural Gulf College Inter School Championship

ISWK beat ISM to win the First Gulf College Schools Championship organized by the Gulf College at the Amerat Cricket Grounds 0n 12^th and 14^th of October.

In the final ISM won the toss and scored 134 for 5 in 20 Overs. Paritosh top scored with 46 runs.  Ivan joseph manjila & Ragul virupak picked up two wickets each for ISWK.

ISWK in reply lost early wickets and were 51 for 4 at one stage but recovered through a brilliant partnership between Rohan soloman Koshy (34 not out) & Man of the match Hardik Toprani (45). Hardik got out with one run required but ISWK won in the last ball.

In the league round ISWK beat Pakistan School by 41 runs with Ivan Manjila top scoring with 81 for ISWK. Brijesh & Ivan were the main wicket takers with 3 & 2 wickets respectively.

 ISWK also beat ISM in the league round by 3 runs. Rohan Koshy top scored for ISWK with 42 and Raj (3) & Ragul (2) were the main wicket takers for ISWK. Paritosh played a lone hand for ISM with a gritty innings of 64 before being out in the penultimate over.

ISM beat PSM in the league round to qualify for the final.

Ivan Manjila(iswk) was awarded the Player of the Tournament, while Paritosh Bhat (Best Batsman), Wasim Ali (Best Bowler) and Hardik Torpani (Man of the Match – Finals) won the other individual awards.
