The Tamil Teacher is responsible for imparting knowledge of the Tamil language, literature, and culture to students in a structured and engaging manner. Key Responsibilities

  1. Teaching and Curriculum Delivery
    • Plan, prepare, and deliver effective Tamil lessons covering grammar, literature, and cultural elements.
    • Develop engaging and interactive lesson plans aligned with the academic curriculum.
    • Use diverse teaching methodologies to address the varied learning styles of students.
    • Conduct assessments, assignments, and projects to monitor student progress.

  2. Student Development

    • Mentor students in Tamil-related extracurricular activities like debates, poetry recitations, quizzes, essay writing, or drama.
  4. Administrative Duties
    • Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress.
    • Prepare and evaluate test papers and other academic reports.
    • Participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student performance and growth.
    • Collaborate with colleagues for curriculum updates and event planning.
