In the incredibly demanding work schedules, we find it hard to consume a proper and
healthy meal. Most of us favour processed and canned food over the various nutritious
options due to the hustle and bustle of our lives. We tend to prefer what is easier and
tastier to eat rather than the well-cooked and the nutrition-rich dishes.
The healthy choices can also be temptingly provided, we know the right ingredients.
Microgreens are one such example. They are loaded with nutrition, flavour and also
several antioxidants. They are the early version of vegetables and herbs. Microgreens
are easily available at the local grocery stores and can be grown indoors or outdoors
effortlessly. They come in different families and can be added to almost any meal to
enhance its flavour and benefits.
